We take the time to understand our clients brand strategies delivering programs to enhance brand identity, personality and most importantly recognition. Our network of artists and designers do it all, either with bare hands, or by utilizing state of the art 2D and 3D computer aided design (CAD) software.

Our Overseas Production Facilities

The Product Farm is partnered with truly exceptional production facilities in Southern China, just a few hours from the Hong Kong border. They are all ISO9001:2000 certified. They employ 850-3000 workers, depending on season. Additionally, there are 75 workers on the QC/QA staff, model makers, R&D engineers, mechanical engineers, soft toy engineers and packaging designers. In addition to having each order inspected by our in-house testing lab, we also work closely with testing labs such as Bureau Veritas, SGS and ITC.

Our production capacity exceeds 45,000 units per day. We have 40 assembly lines and an additional 20 packaging lines. In terms of technical capabilities, our factory houses 80 injection molding machines, 100 spray painting booths, 25 milling machines, 5 CNC machines, 16 electric discharge machines (EDM), 5 wire cutting machines, 12 grinding machines, 8 lathes, 6 drilling machines, 2 power saws, 10 engraving machines, 1 HP laser etching machine, 20 control computers, 4 plotters, 3 3D coordinating measuring machines and 2 profile projectors.

We also have an FDA Approved dust free chamber (10,000 sq. feet) with hospital standard certification.

The Product Farm Corporation was founded in 2007 when Fredrik Perman, VP of Operations at Pacific Design & Manufacturing, Inc., decided to start his own product design studio/contract manufacturing company with direct ties to production facilities in Southern China. Hundreds of design and production requests later, the company is now going strong in its 3rd year.
