The Product Farm is partnered with truly exceptional production facilities in Southern China, just a few hours north of the Hong Kong border. They are all ISO9001:2000 certified. They employ 850-3000 workers, depending on season. Additionally, there are 75 workers on the QC/QA staff, model makers, R&D engineers, mechanical engineers, soft toy engineers and packaging designers. In addition to having each order inspected by our in-house testing lab, we also work closely with testing labs such as Bureau Veritas, SGS and ITC.

 

Our production capacity exceeds 45,000 units per day. We have 40 assembly lines and an additional 20 packaging lines. In terms of technical capabilities, our factory houses 80 injection molding machines, 100 spray painting booths, 25 milling machines, 5 CNC machines, 16 electric discharge machines (EDM), 5 wire cutting machines, 12 grinding machines, 8 lathes, 6 drilling machines, 2 power saws, 10 engraving machines, 1 HP laser etching machine, 20 control computers, 4 plotters, 3 3D coordinating measuring machines and 2 profile projectors. We also have an FDA Approved dust free chamber (10,000 sq. feet) with hospital standard certification.
